This role is based out of Newark, CA and will involve working with people and teams across geographies. *Core Responsibilities:* • Define and enforce SAP testing rules, Best Practices and guidelines • Encourage/ Bring innovation to enhance team efficiencies and effectiveness • Provide primary interface and manage relationship with Stakeholders • Strong functional knowledge in more than one SAP Modules and IS solutions • SAP Test Manager should be able to demonstrate they are delivering the valued results that justified their creation through the use of output metrics. • Manage team members and mentor them on effective delivery and best practices *Key Competencies/Skill Set:* • Strong Knowledge in SAP Test Management and SAP Testing industry trends • Sound functional knowledge in Key SAP Modules like HR, FICO, SD, MM or Retail • Sound knowledge in SAP Specific tools like Solution Manager, Jira, QTest • Good knowledge in SAP Test Data Management and estimation process. • Good English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation) • Strong self-management skills • Attention to detail, organized, analytical and with well-developed presentation skills • Good knowledge on Test Management. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Powerbuilder Assignments" group.
