No, a display card would not disable the onboard video.  I have an ATi XClaim VR card
in my PCP 210 and can connect monitors to both outputs (but usually don't).  It seems
to me that with a display card in one of its PCI slots, a 7600 should also support 2
monitors.  Three.......I don't think so.
