It's a direct swap. :-) Note that MacOS won't support the second processor directly, and multiprocessor support in OS X isn't available yet either for those of us running 'unsupported' hardware. However, BeOS (which is arguably mostly-dead) will see and take advantage of both processors at the OS level. I have one of these cards, but I have an irrational fear of selling the card. (Don't ask me to explain, that's why it's irrational.) ;-) -=Dennis=- -- Power Computing is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Power Computing list info: <http://lowendmac.com/power/list.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/powercomputing%40mail.maclaunch.com/> --------------------------------------------------------------- >The Think Different Store http://www.ThinkDifferentStore.com ---------------------------------------------------------------
