It's not the Colour Sync Profile that is the problem, as that function is for altering the way colours are displayed to make them more compatible with your printer colours etc. Check the Monitors & Sound control panel to see if there is more than one vertical sync rate available for the 1024x768 resolution. (ie. 74.9 or 85 Hz) Failing that, you'll have to readjust the manual controls on the lower front (or on screen software) to enlarge the picture size.
