John,

I was able to get 9.2.2 on both a PowerBase and a PowerWave using OS 9 
helper.  Though It did take some reading of the support lists to get it 
all working, at a cost of $10. I have no financial interest in the 
support forums, I just think $10 is a small price to run 9.2.2 on our 
older  machines.
