Goto ati.com and download the Radeon 7000 installer for PC using a PC. Also
download the 7000-ROM-208 Mac upgrade. Make copies into floppy (DOS
format). Mount the card into a vacant PCI slot (PC) and get it detected
(Windows will say so). Restart Windows in DOS mode and when you get to the
"C>" prompt insert the PC ROM flasher floppy. Insert the Mac ROM floppy
when prompted and finish the process. Radeon 7000 for PC only has a VGA
connector (no LCD nor S-Video out) unlike the $120 Mac edition card.

The original idea for this came from the German MacLife forum:
http://www.falkemedia.com/cgi-bin/forum/forum.cgi?board=hardware;action=displa

and while the discussions were in German the instruction was in English.
