Paypal currently accepts payments to over 40 countries.  just go to 
paypal.com and sign up.  It usually requires a checking account and 
they start by giving you $5 free to make sure they can access your 
account.  You can they pay for things directly from your checking or 
by using a credit card.

How do I get set up to use PayPay?  Does it work with foreign currencies? 
(Example:  if I want to buy a videogame from a person in England and they want
payment in pounds.)
