I agree that Other World Computing < http://www.macsales.com > is a good
place to look for many things clone-y (and just plain Mac-y). I've had good
buying experience with them, and I appreciate the fact that they provide
support to the clone community.

That said, I've had good luck with a pair of USB PCI cards (used
simultaneously), one a name brand (Belkin) and the other a no-name. They
each work fine with the Apple USB driver (aka, USB Adapter Card Support
1.4.1) in OS 9.1:

You might want to avoid any PCI cards with more than two USB slots. For
example, the four-port USB cards don't appear to work in Power Computing
machines. If you need more, either get a second USB PCI card or add an
external USB hub.
