PSU fans are generic. These come in a variety of standard sizes and
thicknesses, and within each size a selection of airflow ratings, in
cubic feet per minute (CFM).

Digi-Key has always been able to supply whatever I need, even including
replacing the stock CFM rating fan with a higher CFM rating, such as 65
CFM in place of the standard 45 CFM.

None of the fans come with connectors as there is no standard for fan
power, excepting fans which are powered by ac line power, such as 120
volts ac or 240 volts ac.

All PSU fans I have encountered have been 12 volts dc.
