Works fine, seems OK with old versions of Photoshop, though haven't messed with it much with PS. Worked fine in my PowerCenter 150 stock, still fine with MaxPowr G3 card installed (OS9.1, 336mb RAM). The TT card seems to be pretty inexpensive on LEM Swaplist and elsewhere.
