Personally, the only issue I want changed in terms of UI is to get a consistent use of Double-Clicks; basically I can't double-click a URL to copy it because that, unlike any other program, launches the URL. Double- clicks' should select words; of course since it's the default as of now for PM, it should probably remain like that and have a preference to turn URL launching off. This would save me probably an hour a day (I copy a lot of URL's out of emails unfortunately).
Other than that, I think the PM interface is pretty good. Maybe not as pretty as it could be, but I don't care about that. I'm just happy PM exists, because no other program even comes close to eMailer's ease of use and power.
