Bingo!! Thanks Jerome! Yes, I was also having problems with StuffIt crashing everytime I tried to open a .ZIP or .SIT download. I downloaded the latest StuffIt Expander from

Obviously, a notice needs to be posted as others are likely to encounter the same. best, -merrill On 5/29/05, PowerMail Engineering <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Karel Gillissen wrote: > > >Install Stuffit? > > > >It is no longer part of the OSX installer and PM used to crash on the > >absence of it > > > >Op zaterdag, 28 mei 2005 schreef me Hands: > > > >>I just migrated to a new machine which I updated to 10.4.1, from a mac > >>running 10.3.9 > >>Now everytime I try to launch PM, it crashes immediately. > > Yes, it looks like a problem with StuffIt.
