Prompted by a couple of recent threads, and Mikael's suggestion of a feature request page, I was wondering how CTM manages this issue.
I know that OmniGroup, for one, keeps a database where they record every feature request that appears on their mailing lists, together with how many times it's been requested. That way there's at least a certain amount of objectivity to claims that "everyone's been asking for feature X for years" or "hardly anyone's bothered about feature Y". I imagine CTM do something similar; it'd be interesting to know though. TimH
