Roughly 235.000 emails over the last two years or so. My main issue with PowerMail is that I run into the 2 GB limit once in a while, and have to do compacting every few weeks. Not sure yet what to do when I get closer and closer to the 2 GB limit.
The main reason I do not want to remove older emails is that the Search feature is so fantastically fast that I like to be able to quickly search all my emails (including older ones). Also, as there is currently no tool around (at least none that I am aware of) that could reliably and quickly move my emails to FileMaker, I am still looking for a solution here.
