it may depend on his html browser. Some do it, some not, some do it
well, some in a poorer way... Indeed browser like iCab for instance can
save an html document complete xith all images etc. as a single file in
the finder (because it zips the actial set of html files).

Many browsers will also allow to create a clipping from their window,
which may be sufficient in many cases: for instance this is the way I
handle shareware registration infos...
