there are several reasons why something like that can look suspicious to
CapitalOne - does not need to be CTM's fault at all - could be enough
because it came not from the US but Switzerland. I would investigate
CapitalOne WHY they thought it is suspicious. I've had already a credit
card company think something suspicious because there had been no
activity on the card for quite a while and suddenly I bought something
with it. Just commenting this to the list w/o details IF it has something
to do with CTM is not very useful.
