I am not getting smooth ride with PM4.2.1 on OSX10.2.6 JP Locale.
I turn HTML off, but all the HTML email sent from Apple Japan are now
totally corrupted. It is as if PM is trying to display HTML message in
wrong encoding. What's interesting is that I don't have this problem
with any other HTML messages. They show up with HTNL junk tags as expected.
I am not sure if this is related, but if I do search body content by
mac
I get this:
Index error occurred
(Jèrôme, remember this Japanese string is grammatically incorrect!)
Class=QIE; what=12; when=34 (index)
Rebuilding index didn't fix the problem. All other word seems to be
fine. Only "mac" is causing the problem so far. Very strange!
One other thing.
PM4.2.1 is definitely slower than previous versions on my TiBook800/1GB :_(
I do maintenance often. Permission, Onyx, etc...
