Kinda related problem here.
One of the news letters I receive in Japanese comes with a bunch of tags,
and it's header is text/css.

The real problem with this is that it is encoded 'what-it-appears-to-be'
ISO-2022JP but PM never be able to display even if I enable HTML display.

I wish PM gives an option to force the display encoding :-(
