Hm. Powermail 4.1.2 was just listed at Versiontracker. All it says as far as new stuff is:
"18 enhancements and fixes pertaining to Mac OS X, the Aqua user experience, AppleScript and general (Mac OS 8, 9 and X) improvements." I'm hoping the list announcement is a bit more detailed as to the change history... :) Can't see any major changes so far. Anyone?
