I suspect is has nothing whatever to do with PowerMail. Some googlage turns this result: <http://wincent.com/a/support/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=54> Note about a dozen entries into the "binary images description" section there is one for com.unsanity.ctm-assistant which indicates an equivalent path to the "CTM Assistant.bundle" of same name.
