I believe I've already mentioned this a while ago: in the subject line, when youve written something and want mark it you cant use "alt+shift+arrows:left/right) to jump one word at a time, as the normal OSX behaviour.
"Alt+arrow" jumps one word per click, but not when using shift to mark the text. I use this method daily, in texts everywhere. /per å
