I'm afraid that I can't offer a solution. I have been having this
problem for a while now, generally the message in question does not
offer a 'View message in web browser' alternative. If I want to read
them, I'm forced to do so on line. I can confirm that the mime header
usually is like this:

MIME-version: 1.0
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
 boundary*0=----000000000000000000000000000000000000;
 boundary*1=000000000000000000000000000

I hope CTM is watching and can offer a solution.
