Browns Ferry has been tracking our RP cornerstone performance indicators
that we have been tracking for a few years. A few of our indicators
have constantly been red. While we are working to correct the issues
that are giving us the red indicators, we also are investigating the
goals to see if they are realistic. Since there a no other three unit
BWRs, I am looking at the following on a per unit basis.

About how many Hot Spots do you have in your plant (BFN Goals < 5 =
Green, 6 - 10 = Yellow, > 10 = Red ).

About how many C-Zone ft2 do you have in your plant (per unit) during
non outage periods. (BFN Goals < 100 = Green, 101-200 = Yellow, > 200
= Red).

Do you measure your contaminated area as square feet or % of RCA? (BFN
uses square feet)

Do you track the number of area contaminations? About how many area
contaminations events (per unit) do you have in your plant during a
typical year (BFN Goals < 5 = Green, 6-10 = Yellow, > 10 =Red)

About how many Catch Containments (per unit) do you have in your plant
during non outage periods. (BFN Goals < 5 = Green, 6-15 = Yellow, > 15
= Red)
