At Fort Calhoun we use sticky step off pads at CA entrance, but we do use what we call Rhino cloth during outages. It is a canvas cloth with a sticky film on it. We use it to build what we call the Yellow brick road from the containment PAL to the RCA exit point. We change it out about every third day during the outage.

Are they used before monitors? After monitors? In high traffic areas? Other areas?
