Palo Verde monitors the following site contamination control performance measures:
Personnel contamination events (all PCEs meeting EPRI Level 1, 2 or 3 criteria), these are separated into Radworker and Radiation Protection personnel categories. Contamination control (conditions or events that "challenge" contamination control such as failure to secure items at a CA boundary, migration of contamination past boundaries, discrete particle tracking (discrete particles found outside of post contamination areas, and contaminated square footage tracking. ********************************************************************** Seth J.
