Palo Verde uses the NITON XL3T Alloy Analyzer and does not require an Radiation 
Protection Technician to be present while the device is in use; however, we do 
control the device under lock and key and issue it to qualified engineering 
staff for field use.  This issue and use process is controlled under an RWP.
