North Anna's reply:
We utilize passive whole body counting with our PM-s7 for most entrance and
exit WBCs. We attempt to WBC workers upon termination of employment, if
possible. Periodically, a worker does leave without formally completing and
documenting an exit WBC. We place a note their exit paperwork that the worker
did not out-process with Exposure Control.

Subject: Powernet: Missed Exit WBC

Periodically, a worker leaves site without an exit whole body count. Most
often, this occurs when the worker phones-in their termination due to
medical/family emergencies.
Does you site document instances of workers leaving site without an exit whole
body count?

Thanks,
Sandy Sewell
