Subject: Powernet: Average RCA Entries per day per unit

Palo Verde requests information on the following:

During non-outage periods when routine inage activities are being performed
(tours, walkdowns, routine surveillances, minor maintenance etc), approximately
how many RCA entries are made per day per unit on a typical work day?

Thanks for your help, Seth
