Yes / No Short description please: Yes - we do not have a procedure but the policy is that "permanent" contamination areas are not included in the PI for square footage contaminated. For us that's the containments and some of the pipe chases that were vetted through management. We keep a worksheet with the excluded areas so it's the same each month and not opinion based. Yes / No Short description please: This indicator tracks the total recoverable Non-outage Contamination Area (CA) square footage within the Restricted Area. This indicator does not track non-recoverable (by form, fit, or function) Contamination Area square footage.
