Palo Verde provides the following response: 1) RP does not provide constant coverage on the refuel bridge during fuel moves 2) We currently use the Eberline EC-4; however, this will soon be replaced with a Miron Technologies DRM-2 with local and telemetric monitoring capabilities. We have several telemetric ARMs around the refuel pool deck to monitor dose rates during fuel, Rx Head, and Upper Guide structure movements.
