Peach Bottom performed the repair approx 10 years ago.  Howard McCrory is a 
good contact for that evolution.
Waste control and free release was the biggest concern .  Dose was < 800 mR for 
the entire evolution.  ODCM and other issues abound with a project of this 
nature
