1.       How is low-level spent resin transferred at your facility?

·         With a resin sluice hose directly connected via camlock fitting to a 
Poly HIC/CS Liner? NO

·         With fill head for all types of resin transfers? Fill head,  plant 
installed or with the SEDS system supplied by EnergySolutions

·         Other method?  Please specify:


2.       Does your site transfer low-level spent resin to B-25 boxes?  If so, 
what is the process for transferring the resin media to the boxes? NO, however 
Wolf Creek Nuclear station does this routinely for their low activity secondary 
side resins


3.       Do your procedures capture which demin beds are used to remove 
specific isotopes? No


4.       What level of procedure usage do you apply to these processes? 
Operations procedures are continuous use, RP procedures are information use..
