*        How many clean area PCEs occurred in 2011?

For 2011 we had 5 PCEs in the clean area

 

 

*        What is the percentage of clean area PCEs that you typically
see annually? 

20-40%

 

*        What has been the main initiative in reducing clean area PCEs?

Housekeeping, aggressively monitoring areas adjacernt to contaminated
areas, double SOPs for highly contaminated areas

 

*        Is protective clothing routinely used in clean areas to prevent
PCEs?

No, RWPs will not allow personnel to use protective clothing in clean
