SONGS Unit 2 shut down for the first refueling
after a steam generator replacement outage. We have experienced dose
rates that are two or more times higher than previous outages during our
crud burst, based on measurements on primary system piping, general areas
in containment, and RCS activity. We are now in progress with RCS
cleanup but have been tasked with developing an ALARA Recovery Plan to
address the significantly higher dose rates that will potentially result
in higher personnel exposure. We'd like to see if anyone else has
already done something similar and perhaps get a copy. If so, please
