Quick benchmark question:

Do your procedures allow for non-HPs to escort radioactive material outside the 
RCA?

For example, some tool/equipment that reads below 5 mR/hr and no smearable?  
Perhaps a non-exempt source for rad monitor calibration?  A Chemistry sample?
