Does your site have a decision matrix for a more rigorous ALARA Committee review for high risk activities (i.e., radiography, high contamination, dive activities, the potential for intakes, the potential for working in areas >1 R/hr) other than the typical ALARA Work Plan reviews for work >1 rem?
