At Fermi 2 Radiation Protection has this responsibility, as well as for ARMs and process rad monitors. However when it comes to monitors whose setpoint parameters are specified in Tech Specs, such as main steam line rad monitors, Plant Support Engineering gets involved and makes sure that the GE setpoint methodology is correctly applied, etc.
