For facilities with Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facilities: 1. Are the individual storage modules excepted from labeling in accordance with 20.1905 (e) 2. If the answer to #1. is Yes; What medium is used to provide "...a readily available written record..."? Please describe what form of record and how it is protected from the elements (ex: RP surveys are available from the security officer at the facility entrance.)
