Good question. We have not had that at BFN in the past. I would say you would have to count it. This would be a gray area in the TVA procedures but section 3 of the EPRI guidance states "Non-skin contamination at 100 ncpm or greater on any item or clothing worn by a worker that is not protective clothing should be counted as a PCE" so I am sure we would count it. The dosimeter would fall into the item worn by the worker category
