Does the typical photon energy encountered change significantly (200 -300 kev) during refueling outages - don't believe so

typical ED / TLD (OSL) ratio - 1.07 first quarter this year (including most recent refueling outage), i.e. EDs over-respond by 7% compared to OSL

If change from TLD to OSL/other was ED correction factor changed - no, previous changes now ensure EDs over-respond compared to dose of record
