Cook Plant does core drilling, capturing the drill dust. Then soaking in 
DI water for a day or two after which the water/concrete mixture is 
filtered and analyzed by liquid scintillation. The results have been 
reproducible. The filtrate can also be distilled if cloudy.

Yes, we have dispositioned by this method.
