No, we only send Technicians to ERO facilities on-site (TSC and OSC) and to off-site reassembly areas. Because of the large site foot print, most large buildings outside of the Protected Area (those capable of receiving Public Address announcements) are designated assembly areas along with select locations and buildings inside the PA. Depending on wind direction and if a release was eminent or in progress, a qualified tech would be dispatched to affected on site assembly areas to lead /direct evacuation.
