Browns Ferry uses whole numbers. We use the DMC-2000 dosimeter. The current version of HIS-20 we have does not give the option (we use an old version). Tomorrow we are upgrading HIS-20 and the option is there. At this time we are staying with the whole numbers. After the upgrade it will be evaluated.

We use Sentinel for access control (which will accept tenths) but unfortunately still have a legacy exposure management system, considered our "system of record", that will only accept whole numbers. In order to be consistent between the systems we have been sticking with displaying a whole number on the dosimeter. I'd like to do a quick survey to see how many sites have their electronic dosimeters, of whatever model, display dose in whole numbers and how many in tenths.
