Project Definition

SONGS is interested in finding out how
other plants define an "ALARA Project".
1. Do you include ancillary groups (Operations, Engineering, HP, Carpenters,
Insulators, etc.) in the project OR do you bundle Operations, Carpenters,
Insulators into it's own project?
2. Do you bundle common work together into a project (valve work, pump
work, etc.)?
3. Do you require a project for division dose such as on-going activities
for Operations, HP?
4. What do you define as work? For example, is an engineering inspection
considered work?
