Rob:

I don't recall the time range, but it should be testable by simply inserting a
source several times at different delay settings.

In practice, the delay setting might prevent an alarm completely by smoothing
out a short term event. Such an outcome may or may not be desirable.

Subject: Powernet: AMS-3 Alarm delay times

  Greetings All,

I am trying to find out how much delay is possible between reaching an alarm
setpoint and the alarm actually going off. Reading the manual indicates there
is a delay circuit, and you can adjust it. What it does not say is how long.
Anyone out there know the possible range of delay time for alarm on an AMS-3?

  Thanks,

  Rob
