North Anna does not make any special accommodations for glucose tablets,
monitoring or insulin injections. We have a policy for heat stress which
allows drinking water in the RCA, but not for any personal medical conditions.

Subject: Powernet: Reasonable accommodations for rad workers

V. C. Summer would like to know how other stations handle requests or make
reasonable accommodations for diabetic workers in the RCA.

· Do you allow only glucose tablets?

· Do you allow them to carry any food & drink into the RCA? If so, is
it limited to certain items?

· Do you provide break/rest areas or private areas in the RCA for
glucose level monitoring or insulin injection?

Does anyone have a written policy they'd be willing to share?

Thank you in advance for your assistance,
