Ginna does not use flashing lights (or any special boundary tape) for
radiography.

Per our procedure, RT boundaries are posted as:

* CAUTION
* RADIATION SYMBOL
* "Restricted Area" (if not in a posted restricted area)
* "Radiation Area" (if not in a posted radiation area)
* "Radiography in Progress No Entry Allowed"
* "Obtain Radiographer Permission to Enter"
* "RWP Required for Entry"

Subject: Powernet: Flashing lights for Radiography (RT) Postings

At Palo Verde, during radiography operations, when radiography is to be
performed we establish separate RT boundaries with wide yellow tape and clear
flashing lights to delineate the boundary from our normal yellow and magenta
radiological postings. If we employ flashing lights for LHRA controls we
specify red lights, Palo Verde would like to know:

Do you use flashing lights for boundary postings during Radiography?

If so, do you specify a particular color of the flashing lights?

Seth
