At FCS we do it monthly. Our SCBAs can be used for both 10CFR20 driven work
and NFPA/OSHA driven activities. Because of that, we go with the more
restrictive requirements.

Exelon, LaSalle County Station would like to know:

For those that use MSA Firehawk- Do you complete a monthly visual and
functional surveillance as suggested in the MSA manual or do you complete a
monthly visual and quarterly functional surveillance as stated in the NRC
regulatory guide 8.15.

Thanks
