Ginna has two buildings meeting this description. One of these contains our old
steam generators, the other is used for RAM equipment storage. We are also in
the process of evaluating for impacts of this rule.

For the RAM equipment storage facility, we already have restrictions in place
to ensure that we do not have a "Radioactive Material Quantity of Concern
(RAMQC)" in the building. This is because the facility does not meet the
security requirements specified in EA-05-090.

You can contact me if you have questions,

Subject: Powernet: Radioactive material storage

D.C. Cook would like to know if anyone else has a full building structure
for radioactive material storage outside of their Protected Area.

If your plant does, an information contact would be greatly appreciated, as
we are in the process of evaluating our site for implementation of the
final rule 78FR16921 for 10CFR37, Physical Protection of Byproduct Material
in regards to security requirements for Category 1 and 2 quantities of
radioactive material. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can
provide!
