The only exemption I could see at Browns Ferry would be for an emergency

Duke Energy would appreciate the answer to the following question:

 

For those sites that use RCA Trip Tickets, do you allow specific
situations where a trip ticket is not required in the RCA (i.e. low risk
work, remote RCA with no contamination, etc.)?
